Smokey's Story

Smokey is a sweet grey-and-white boy, about 3 years old, who’s ready to leave outdoor life behind and find a loving indoor home. His brother was adopted last year, and now it’s Smokey’s turn! He is neutered, litter box trained, microchipped (transferable), eats well, and is currently learning how great indoor life can be. Smokey is likely FIV positive, so he’d do best as an indoor-only kitty or with other friendly FIV+ cats. Once shy, he now seeks out pets and treats and is showing his playful side—he likes wand toys and batting around little mice and springs. He’s food motivated, gentle, gets along with other cats, and is learning to trust more every day. Smokey is ready to worm his way into someone’s heart and finally have a family to call his own.

Feline Friends of Sammamish's Adoption Policy

The first step in our adoption process is to submit an adoption application. (also linked on our website under Adoption Process) One of our adoption counselors will then contact you and set up a phone call with you to get to know you a bit more and help you find a good match. All of our cats have been spayed/neutered, microchipped, treated for fleas, dewormed, tested for FIV/FeLV, and up to date on core feline vaccines. We have an indoor only policy and no declawing.
