Sleenky's Story

Sleenky is an enigma. She wants your attention. She will scream for your attention. But you have to EARN her trust. It took us over 6 months just to be able to touch her with an extendable back scratcher. Now she demands that I pet her chin, head and back every time I feed her dinner. Everywhere else is very clearly off limits, with a very firm swat.<br/><br/>Sleenky came to us from a hoarding case where the owner died. She was an indoor-only unsocialized cat who would rather not be seen. We purchased her a cat tent, which she still loves to this day and sees as her sanctuary. The cat tent will go with her, along with some toys and the extendable back scratcher. <br/><br/>Sleenky just wants a home she can call her own where she gets attention and a nightly can of Fancy Feast canned pate. Central Indiana Foster Cats's Adoption Policy
We do not have a shelter location; we are a foster-home based rescue. We require an application be completed prior to meeting any of our animals. We will verify home ownership or landlord approval, as well as veterinary reference, if applicable. We have a NO DECLAW policy in our adoption contract.
