SkippyJon Jones's Story

Meet Skippyjon Jones - a tiny cat with a big heart and a story that will truly touch you.
Though he's technically about a year old, Skippyjon is still very much kitten-sized, both in body and in spirit. This special little guy has had a bit of a rough start in life, and likely experienced some early head trauma or developmental delays. You might notice a slight head bob now and then, but it only adds to his unique charm.
Skippyjon is still learning how to "cat," and it's been beautiful to watch. He figured out the litter box quickly-very likely by watching his feline friends-and continues to gain confidence every day. Because of his past, he can be a little unsure of people at first and may shy away from pets, as if he's worried he might be hurt. But give him time, patience, and kindness, and you'll see his true self start to shine.
Once he feels safe, Skippyjon will come to you for attention in his own sweet way. He just needs someone willing to move at his pace and celebrate his small victories.
He would do best in a home with another friendly, confident cat who can help show him the ropes and continue teaching him all the important "cat things." He absolutely loves wet food and could happily spend time batting around his favorite toy balls.
Skippyjon Jones isn't your typical cat-but that's exactly what makes him so special. He's looking for a compassionate home that will see his potential, embrace his quirks, and give him the safe, loving life he deserves.
