Sissy's Story

At first I may be a little shy, but with some quiet time and gentle petting I will come around! I really love to be brushed, but I will retreat back to my own space when I feel necessary. I am a very loving, quiet gal who will lean into your hand for some more petting when I want your attention. I have lived with other cats and some dogs as well, but I would do best in a home with a calmer cat or dog that is willing to help me get used to my new home. Since I am on the younger side I am still playful! Playtime will help me bond with my new family! I do enjoy playing with toys, just remember to keep the toilet seat down because I like to float my toys in the water!

All cats have been given at least one FVRCP vaccine and have been de wormed. Upon adoption, cats are tested for Feline Leukemia and an appointment is made to have the animal spayed or neutered. All animals will be sterilized and vaccinated (if of age) for Rabies, PRIOR to leaving the shelter.
