Sirloin's Story

Please include a cell number and check your SPAM folder if you do not receive a timely response.

This big, handsome 2-year-old boy was rescued with his littermates and parents after being found as a stray behind a steakhouse in Indiana. He has been lovingly cared for in his foster home for over a year, patiently waiting for his forever family. After all he’s been through, Sirloin is more than ready for a life filled with comfort, safety, and love.

Just look at that adorable face—how could anyone resist?

Sirloin is truly a survivor. During his time in foster care, he bravely battled and overcame FIP, an extremely serious viral illness. Because of the long and intensive treatment process, he’s become a bit timid. Before his diagnosis, Sirloin was a total lap cat—a snuggly, affectionate guy who loved curling up with his identical twin sister, Clambake.

His fosters are confident that, with a patient and loving family, he’ll regain that same sweet, trusting personality.

Sirloin enjoys exploring the screened-in porch at his foster home, looks forward to nightly cat treats, and adores spending time with his giant orange foster kitty brother. He’s had some clicker training practice and is very treat motivated.

Sirloin has lived comfortably with cats of all sizes and even gets along well with a German Shepherd. After everything he has overcome, he’s ready to settle into a peaceful, happy home of his own.

Ready to meet Sirloin?
