Sir Yeety Bibble III (I have special needs)'s Story
Meet Sir Yeety Bibble III !

4 months old - Male - Certified Wobbly Gentleman

Please rise for Sir Yeety Bibble III, a tiny nobleman whose legs occasionally have a very different plan than the rest of him.

Sir Yeety has cerebellar hypoplasia (CH), a neurological condition that affects his balance and coordination. In other words, he’s a wobbly kitten. He may walk like he just stepped off a three-week cruise, dramatically overshoot his destination, or simply yeet himself in the general direction of whatever he wants—but he is not in pain, his condition is not progressive, and he can live a happy, full life.

And Sir Yeety is VERY committed to that life.

At just four months old, he’s a goofy, curious little guy who enjoys playing, exploring, and being part of whatever is going on. He's also perfectly happy to let his humans provide transportation when his legs aren't quite up to the task. He loves being held and carried around, and he's quite content riding along in a sling while you go about your day.

When he wants a little independence, Sir Yeety is also a big fan of hanging out in his playpen, where he has a safe space to lounge, play, and conduct important Sir Yeety business without worrying too much about where gravity might send him next.

Sir Yeety does his very best to use his litter box for both urinating and defecating, but because of his wobbles, his aim isn't always as distinguished as his name. He may occasionally miss the box, so his future family should be prepared for the occasional cleanup and understand that he's trying his hardest—even when his body doesn't quite cooperate.

CH kittens sometimes need a few accommodations to help them safely navigate their world, but they quickly figure out their own way of doing things. Sir Yeety isn’t looking for anyone to feel sorry for him. He’s looking for someone who will appreciate his determination, celebrate his victories, happily scoop him up when he needs a lift, and understand that sometimes getting from Point A to Point B involves an unexpected detour through Point Q.

He may be wobbly, but Sir Yeety Bibble III is living his best tiny life—whether he's yeeting across his playpen, snuggled in your arms, or hitching a ride in his sling. Now he just needs someone willing to give this very distinguished little gentleman the kingdom he deserves.

Please head to our website to fill out an application prior to setting up a meet. Once your adoption application is approved we will contact you to set up a meeting. http://nwac-oregon.org/adoption-application/

The $175 adoption fee Includes spay/neuter, microchip, worming and flea treatment, current vaccines for their age, and a vet exam. Negative test for FIV and FeLV.

Northwest Animal Companions is an all-volunteer, non-profit foster-home based rescue. 100% of your adoption fee goes to provide for the medical and physical needs of the pets in our care.
