Adoption application link https://hobohavenrescue.ca/cat-adoption-application<br/><br/>Lancelot is a medium length fur, neutered tabby male kitten<br/>Approx DOB 9/29/21<br/><br/>He arrived into our care from a shelter partner who was overwhelmed and has a huge fan club!<br/><br/>Lancelot is now accepting adoption applications<br/>https://hobohavenrescue.ca/cat-adoption-application<br/><br/>Notes from his adoring foster mom:<br/><br/>You'll never go to the bathroom alone again! <br/><br/>Sir Lancelot started off shy and skittish, but quickly grew into a confident and independent boy. <br/><br/>He loves to climb, chase teaser toys, and keep you company in the bathroom because you might turn on the tap for him. <br/>Sir Lancelot would love to stay with his buddy Giuseppe or somewhere with another cat he can cuddle and play with. <br/>He has not met any dogs so it is not certain how he would react if he meets one. <br/>He has not shown any fear or shyness around new people and has been good with the one respectful child that he has met. <br/><br/>Lancelot also lives with 2 older cats who he loves to cuddle and play with. He often is the one initiating play with the others - pouncing and tumble play are his favourite group activities, followed by a grooming session with the others. <br/><br/>Lancelot is perfectly happy to hang out on his own in a soft bed somewhere warm, but is an absolute snuggle bug when he wants to be.<br/><br/>Adoption fee $250 includes vaccinations, microchip, deworming, neuter and all medication and treatments during his initial time with us<br/><br/>Our kittens have been very well socialized, are super friendly and mischievous as all kittens are.<br/><br/>(Lancelot did have some potential feline herpes symptoms initially as a wee kitten, as is common in young kittens, which we immediately addressed medically of course. He would do best staying on L-Lysine to continue to support his immune system.)<br/><br/>NOTE: We do not adopt kittens into homes as a single kitten/cat. Children must be over 8yrs, respectful and cat savvy to ensure the safety of the kittens as well as ensuring that they do not escape outdoors under any circumstances.<br/><br/>Apartments, attached housing or detached homes are all suitable. If rented, landlord permission in writing is required.<br/><br/>Adoption fee: $250-males<br/>(includes deworming, parasite prevention/treatment, microchip, initial vaccinations incl FVRCP and Rabies, spay/neuter) This adoption fee does not begin to cover the actual costs of their vetting plus supplies and food while in our care.<br/><br/>Hobo Haven is located in St Jacobs Ontario.<br/><br/>For anyone possibly interested in adopting from Hobo Haven, here are a few, but not all, criteria to be aware of:<br/><br/>An adoption application must be completed and approved, as well as a home visit (via Zoom during COVID), prior to meeting available pets.
