Sir Jasper's Story

Hello! Jasper is on the small side but can hold his own with other cats, older children and dogs. He loves his toys and roughhousing with his foster feline brothers. He will do well in a multi-cat family. His claws can be a bit sharp even after trimming, he’s known to give love nips and he’s not a fan of being picked up or having his belly rubbed, so some care is needed until you get to know his big personality. Jasper is on a poultry/egg/dairy-free diet and is on a low dose antihistamine to keep a food allergy in check. His high energy during the day and need for snuggles at night makes him a quite the entertaining companion. I am located in the Wilmington, NC area. Unless otherwise noted I can be met on Saturdays at one of our adoption events. Our Adoption Process... We try to keep the adoption process as simple as possible while ensuring our cats are matched to the appropriate home based on their personality and the environment they will be living in. We want our kitties and our adopters to be equally happy! That being said you will be asked to: Pay an Adoption Fee of $60 for kitties 7 months and older. $80 for kitties 6 months and younger, or $100 for 2 kitties. We accept cash, check or credit card. Provide proof that you are 21 years of age or older. Fill out an adoption application and participate in an interview. Sign an adoption agreement.
