Simon's Story

Please consider sponsoring a cat. For a little as $10 a month you can help us help more animals in need.Simon is a gorgeous pale grey tabby with cream undertones. He was left outside as an unneutered male, which is no fun for the cat or people. Simon has been neutered and vaccinated and is enjoying the luxurious indoor foster home life. Simon jumps on the bed to be petted, enjoys being combed, plays with cat toys and wants someone to play with him. He sometimes will sit on a lap but usually he's just trying to get your food! Simon prefers to be beside his people. He'll rub on you but isn't cuddly yet. You can pick him up but he doesn't want to be held. Simon sleeps in the bed with his person. He is smart and vocal. Simon currently lives in a home with an enclosed pool area and he loves to be outside. We think he'll do best in a home with an enclosed porch, sunroom or catio of some sort. We hope he would enjoy a kitty friend but as an only cat will need someone with plenty of time to play with him.

Our adoption fees are $75.00 for any kitty 6 months of age or older. $85 for kittens under 6 months of age. Included in each adoption: age appropriate shots, microchip, and spay/neuter surgery. All kitties are litterbox trained.

Prior to meeting or adopting any of our wonderful kitties, we ask that you please fill out our online Cat Adoption Application on our website aaFlorida.org/adopt. There is a link on the top of the home page. Click on "Fill in", you don't have to register. For more information about this kitty or any others, you can contact us at Adoptions@aaFlorida.org. We are a foster organization and don't have set hours we are open - but we will gladly set up an appointment for you to meet any cat. Of course, you're under no obligation to adopt if you come to meet any of our fabulous felines.
