Simba's Story
Say hello to Simba — a handsome 2.5-year-old tabby boy with a playful streak and a soft side! He may take a little time to warm up, but once he’s feeling safe and settled, he’ll be right there asking for head scratches, tossing his toys in the air, and chasing anything that moves (especially his beloved wiggle worms—his absolute favorite).

Simba is also very clear about his boundaries: he does not like to be handled and will definitely let you know (loudly!) if someone tries. He’s happiest with people who respect his space and let him interact on his own terms.

He’s happiest when he has a cat buddy to hang with—he’d love a home with his brother Salem or his best friend Zahir, but he could also thrive with another gentle, confident cat to show him the ropes. He’s not just about fun and games, though—he’s a loyal little guy who forms strong bonds once he trusts you.

Simba does fine with respectful dogs and would do best in a calm home with older, patient children who can give him the time he needs to settle in and shine.

Looking for a playful, loyal companion who will be your quiet sidekick and toy-chasing champ? Simba is ready to join your pride! 🐾🦁

Please be sure to read a cat's full bio before applying! We do our best to keep bios updated as we learn more about each cat or as circumstances change. The bio is the best place to find the most current and important information about their needs, personality, and ideal home.

Thank you for your interest in adopting from Scruffy Paws Animal Rescue!
