Silverfish's Story

Meet Silverfish! If you have a very quiet home, this guy is the one for you. He is very shy and nervous but isn't a high-needs cat; give him a bed, his food and water, and he'll be set! He's just waiting for his person to walk through our doors. Could that be you? As a 6 year old kitty, Silverfish is ready to cozy up in a forever home!

At the Humane Society of Southwest Missouri, our goal is to match potential adopters with a pet that is best suited to their home, interests, and lifestyle. All of our animals are up to date on vaccinations, spayed/neutered, microchipped, given flea/tick prevention, and dewormer.

For more information on adopting or to fill out an application, please visit our website: https://www.swh.org/adopt.html

Anyone is welcome to visit our shelter during our adoption hours of Monday-Saturday, 12-6pm, or Sunday from 12-5pm, no appointment needed.
