Shyla's Story

Shyla is about 3 years old, she came to the shelter with other cats and enjoys snuggling with them, She would like one of them or a friendly cat in the home. She doesn't like sudden movements, no dogs or young kids. Thank you for your interest in providing a forever home for an animal who needs your love! Adult cats are $60, this includes spay or neuter, rabies shot (if over 4 months), FVRCP (distemper), worming, flea treatment, FIV/FeLV testing, and microchip( lifetime, No fees). Kittens (6 months and under) are $80 or 2 for $120. If the cat is at the rescue, email happytalesiowa@gmail.com to set up an appointment. Quite often they have been neglected, dumped, and sometimes abused, but most often by no fault of the animal the owners simply decided they don't want the responsibility of their companion animal anymore. When you adopt a companion from Happy Tales Ranch and Rescue they are up to date on their shots, Wormed, Tested for FIV/FeLV, Microchipped and all have been spayed or neutered.
