Shrek's Story

Shrek and sister Fiona where born to a feral mom that was trapped before even knowing these kids were born. Mom was spayed, triple tested (negative) and vaccinated then released back on the property where she was trapped. A week later she showed up at the food bowl with her two kittens. After that, efforts were made to trap the kittens as soon as we could. Getting them inside out of the elements was a must but most importantly finding a rescue to help find them a home is what they truly needed. They didn’t choose the feral life, they were born into it. They now have a chance for a better life, a warm place to sleep and full bellies. They’ve been inside with a foster since the end of December. Litter box trained, love bell toys and eating dray kibble like champs! They are still skittish to hold but have come a long way. Next step is getting these babies into rescue, vaccinated and spayed/neutered. Available for pre-adoption (neuter & vaccinations pending)
