My foster mom calls me Shorty Pants, because I was born with a shorter-than usual tail. I’m not sure why she calls me Shorty Pants – she should really call me Shorty Tail! I am a curious kitten who loves to play: I am really good at wrestling with my siblings and also my many toys and scratchers. I am an excellent eater, and sometimes I even try to swipe a few pieces of kibble from my siblings. Who doesn’t? I have grown up around other kitties, but I like my siblings the best. In fact, I would love to be in a home with my brother Mittens, or one of my other siblings - Fluffers (female), Lucille (female), Oliver (male), Perfect Little Orange Cat (male), and Socks (female). I love to race around, look out the windows, and chase my siblings. I am quite energetic! I am looking for a forever home where I can play and explore. Cause For Paws Inc.'s Adoption Policy

The adoption fee for a Cause for Paws cat is $225. There is an adoption application that is completed and reviewed prior to the adoption. This application will ask for a veterinarian reference and we will check this reference prior to an adoption. The application gives us an opportunity to learn more about the potential adopter and whether or not the cat that they are interested in would be a good match. There is also an adoption contract that is completed at the time of the adoption. Because we are an all-volunteer organization, we typically will respond to an inquiry within 24 to 48 hours.
