MEET SHIRLA!<br/><br/>Shirla and her two boys, Shadd and Shaydon, were admitted to Devore Shelter in June of 2018. She was estimated to be 3 years old at the time. By a strange bureaucratic twist of fate, the little family was later transferred to Riverside Shelter in early July. Although the KD Team rescues exclusively from Devore Shelter, we considered these kitties “ours” and worked to get them safely out of Riverside and into Kitty Devore foster care - and we did!<br/><br/>From the start, Shirla revealed herself to be a spunky, feisty girl who wants all the toys and all the treats and strives to be the center of your attention. She’s a full-grown adult but has the spirit and energy that match the exuberance of much younger kitties. She expects to be the boss of the house and, for that reason, would probably be best suited as an only kitty presiding over the entire human household. She doesn’t mind dogs - as long as they stay out of her way and don’t invade her space. Shirla is all about people.
