Shimmer is endlessly entertaining! Her goofy personality makes her stand out. She loves to play, especially with catnip toys, as it usually gives her the zoomies. Despite her small frame, she is a great eater and loves lickable treats. She loves to be pet, but doesn't enjoy being picked up as she's an independent lady! Once you start scratching that little bean head, she will start wagging her tail. She doesn't understand the concept of being picked up... yet- she's working on it. She would thrive with a family that is consistent with their love and affection for her. She loves other cats, would be great with gentle kids that have patience with her, and would get along with dogs with slow introductions. <br/><br/>History that is known about me: They came from an overcrowding situation of more than 30 cats in a home. Due to their history, they may be timid or shy in new environments or around new people and seek out hiding spaces. They're learning how to relax and be a typical house cat.
