Shiloh (Male) + Sissy (female) BONDED PAIR

Shiloh (DOB 6/2022) and Sissy (DOB 5/2022) are a bonded pair that arrived at Safe Haven in September 2022 at 16 weeks of age after being rescued from a colony of cats. Now three-and-a-half years old, it’s long overdue for their forever home wishes to come true. Shiloh is a handsome male white tabby cat and Sissy is a beautiful female calico cat.<br/><br/>Both enjoy quiet spaces and gentle/calm interactions. They are curious and cautious explorers who are not overly social, but welcome visits from the shelter's volunteers and get along well with other cats in the adoption room. They are best friends and can often be seen nuzzling and rubbing up against each other. <br/><br/>Shiloh can be timid around humans but when approached slowly, he enjoys lickables and pets on his head. He is still learning to trust. Shiloh can be cautious with people and prefers to keep his own space. If approached too quickly or touched before he is ready, Shiloh may become uncomfortable and retreat to a safe place. He is a sweet boy who is never defensive or mean, just a bit reserved and quiet. During playtime Shiloh is shy and tends to keep to himself, but when he is in the right mood he has no problem sharing the space and interacts with the other shelter kitties. He patiently waits until the time is right to join in the fun and loves wand toys. After playtime is over he is very content to find a quiet spot to take a nap. Shiloh is always out and about at mealtime. When the room is quiet he has been found sleeping on top of the condos.<br/><br/>Sissy has blossomed from a shy kitty upon arrival to a confident girl who loves to play and often roams around the adoption room with the other cats during the day. She enjoys wand toys and treats. Sissy is still a bit shy around humans, but she will happily hang out once she knows you’re a friend. She is also still learning to trust, but will allow a pet or two when feeling comfortable with you. When it’s playtime, Sissy also has no problem sharing the play space with the other shelter kitties. When playtime is over she is very content finding a quiet spot to bask in the sun. <br/><br/>Shiloh and Sissy prefer meeting new people at their own pace. Both would do best in a quiet home with adults and older kids. They need a home with someone who is willing to invest time in the socialization process, and who can give them daily interactive play, companionship and love that they deserve.
