Shilo

Shilo is a special baby who came into foster with a bulging eye at 4 months old. He had a severe eye infection.<br/><br/>His colony care giver tried appropriate medications to help his eye before it got to the point of bulging and very infected.<br/><br/>We were more than happy to help out. Initially, we thought Shilo would lose his eye, but with additional medication as a last ditch effort we were able to save his eye.<br/><br/>Unfortunately, Shilo's vision was not able to be saved. I believe he can see shadows out of his left eye, making him about 40% blind. Shhh Shilo doesn't know that!<br/><br/>Through out everything, Shilo has been extremely loving, wanting nothing more than attention and to cuddle up with you, easily becoming a household favorite.
