Meet our handsome boy Sherlock Holmes! He is definitely a detective in his curious ways to explore and play with toys!!!! He is a super funny cat who is playful but loving once he has done all of his adventuring for the day!!!! He would do better with older children because he does like to play a bit and he is not declawed. He is not aggressive at all but he play bats with his paws and he has claws. He is just a kitten so he will calm down a bit with age!
Sherlock is a neutered 8 month old Domestic Shorthair kitten. He is such a beautiful grey tabby with lots of white markings. He has stunning black lines next to both of his eyes- just BEAUTIFUL!!!!! Our rescue found Sherlock and his four brothers and sisters abandoned when they were only 3 weeks old. They could barely walk much less be alone without their momma. We are guessing the mom must have been hit by a car or something because she never came back for them. One of our amazing volunteers bottle fed them - these babies have all been handled by people as well as children so they are very social and loving!!! He is neutered, microchipped, wormed and up to date on all her kitten vaccinations.
Sherlock is currently in a foster home with his sister, Squirt. These two kittens are a hoot together so they could be adopted together or adopted out separately. They do play great together. At night Sherlock loves to snuggle in bed with his human. You will wake in the morning with his purring motor going and kind eyes looking at you hoping its not time to get up yet!!!! What a great way to start the day. They have never been exposed one on one to dogs however they are kittens and would be fine with dogs if properly introduced.
