Sherbet's Story

Sherbet is a playful, sturdy, and lovable boy! Impressively spry given his large frame, he loves head-butting humans for pets, playing with ribbons and toy mice, and being scooped up and carried! He has previously lived with other cats and dogs, and would do well in a home with plenty of affection & perhaps some hidey holes & cat trees to explore. We are still getting to know the rest of his personality, but can tell he has a lot of love and fun to offer!

The Seattle Animal Shelter is committed to reducing length of stay for all of our shelter pets! Some pets qualify for FREE or reduced adoption fees, please inquire with our Animal Care team to learn more.

Pets are complex beings and prior to adoption, interested adopters will be counseled by a staff member to discuss the specific needs for each animal. This will include reviewing all known medical and behavior information.

** Please note that some animals will receive numerous inquiries, sometimes more than we can process. We appreciate you're understanding and patience.

Meet Sherbet!
