Shep's Story

Hi there... I'm a beautiful white and brown tabby boy with a big personality and an even bigger heart

I may look a little “tough” at first because of my tipped ear, but that mark tells a story—not a bad one. When I was a tiny kitten, people thought I might be feral because my mama was. Turns out, I'm anything but.

I'm spunky, playful, and full of curiosity, but I'm also sweet and affectionate once I know you're my person. I love attention, enjoy being part of the action, and I have the prettiest marking on one of my front legs that makes me truly one of a kind.

My tipped ear doesn't mean I'm wild—it means I was given a second chance at life. I'm proof that sometimes the most misunderstood souls make the most loving companions.

All I need now is a forever home where I can be myself: playful, loving, and loyal. If you're looking for a cat with character, charm, and a heart of gold, I just might be the one you've been waiting for.

Our application process is simple, and online, or you may download a printable version on our website. All of our kitties come fully vetted and the adoption fees include spay/neuter, combo tested for FIV/FELV, a 1 year rabies, FVRCP's (age appropriate), microchip. All kitties are also given monthly worming medications and topical flea treatments. Once the application is recieved, and confirmed, a volunteer will resond within a short window to set up a meet and greet to meet the kitty that you have applied for. An approved application does not require the application to adopt the cat they applied for but is rather the first step in our application process. All of our fully vetted available kitties are available for adoption to an approved adopter, and the best fit is usually made during the "Meet and Greet" period.
