Sheila's Story
Sheila, aka Tabby, is a lovely DSH brown tabby female born approximately 3/19/2019.

Meet Sheila!

Sheila was adopted from NBCR as a kitten, but soon afterward her owner's health began to decline. As a result, she spent most of the last five years living quietly in a laundry room. Despite that, she has never lost her love for people. Her family recently made the difficult decision to return her to us in the hope that she will find a new forever home where she can truly thrive as part of the family.

Sheila's current foster mom has this to say:

Sheila is one of the sweetest cats you'll ever meet. When you close your eyes to go to sleep, don't be surprised if she comes to check on you! She'll happily curl up beside your pillow and keep you company.

Because she missed out on so many experiences, Sheila is discovering the world with the curiosity of a kitten. She loves watching birds through the window with sparkling eyes and is just beginning to learn how fun toys can be.

Sheila has had very little experience with other cats, so they can be overwhelming for her. She'll do best in a quiet, patient home where she can gain confidence at her own pace. Once she feels safe, you'll have an incredibly gentle, loving companion for life!

Sheila is on a prescription diet to prevent urinary tract infections and it works 100% of the time. She never has accidents. She is a VERY good girl. Additionally, she can have a treat of Fancy Feast canned food to supplement her dry food diet.

Sheila is microchipped and currently in a loving foster home. Her adoption fee is $110. 9/19/26 12:41 PM
