Sheila's Story
Sheila came to the shelter in May 2025, from an overcrowding situation. She had an ear infection that needed attention and was a little nervous of people petting her. As a result of her ear infection, she has a head tilt. Sheila hasn't had an easy life. She has come a long way!

Sheila is on the floor and getting more comfortable. She does enjoy some pets, will even meow, but is still a little unsure at times. She would do best in a home that is more quiet, without young children that may approach her quickly, resulting in accidentally scaring her. Sheila is approximately 2 years old.

She has been spayed, tested negative for FeLV/FIV, microchipped and is up to date on vaccines.

Email us at info@cnysnap.org or visit the shelter if you'd like to meet her.

Link to hours of when to visit cats at our Cortland shelter:
https://cnysnap.org/#hours
