Meet Sheba — a gentle survivor looking for his forever home <br/><br/>Sheba is a beautiful 4-year-old Russian Blue with a shiny, solid-gray coat. He is friendly, calm, quiet, and has an incredible story of survival.<br/><br/>Sheba survived a devastating fire in the house where he lived. After the fire, he continued finding shelter in the basement of that same house. Unfortunately, the building later received a vacate order, and Sheba lost the only home he had. With nowhere else to go, this poor baby ended up surviving on the streets of Brooklyn.<br/><br/>Thankfully, we were recently able to rescue Sheba and place him in a safe and loving foster home. Despite everything he has been through, he remains an incredibly sweet, gentle, and peaceful boy.<br/><br/>Sheba is healthy, vaccinated, and fully vetted. Our adoption process begins with an application to help us understand the adopter’s home, lifestyle, and experience with pets. Once reviewed, we may schedule a phone call or home visit to ensure a good match. All adopters sign an adoption contract agreeing to provide lifelong care, including veterinary needs, proper housing, and safety. Adoption fees help cover the cost of veterinary care, spay/neuter, vaccinations, and other expenses. Our goal is to place each cat or kitten in a safe, loving, and permanent home.
