SHAYNE (cc#7176)-BROWN TABBY KITTEN's Story

WONDERFUL NEWS! OUR HANDSOME SHAYNE HAS BEEN ADOPTED!!

Shayne is a fun, active kitten that came in at about 7-8 weeks old (10-24-25) very frightened of people. He'd hiss and spit at anyone reaching for him. We figured mom was an outdoor cat (maybe a semi-feral), and she was teaching him how to survive outside in this great big, and sometimes very frightening, outside world. It took a little while, but he eventually realized people weren't so bad, and he loved the scratches behind the ears! Now, at about 5 months old, he spends time out with the volunteers being carried around, or in the office enjoying time on laps or on the desk playing with whatever he finds. Ready for adoption, he's anxiously waiting for new home. Shayne is an energetic kitten so we're thinking he would do best in a home with another cat to help wear him out. (Shayne has his 1st Distemper Vaccination)

NOTE: WONDERFUL NEWS! SHAYNE HAS A HOME WAITING FOR HIM AS SOON AS HE FINISHES HIS VETTING AND TESTING.......

All the tests came back negative so now we're shouting from the roof tops: "WONDERFUL NEWS! OUR HANDSOME SHAYNE HAS BEEN ADOPTED!!"

…….
