Shanna's Story
My name is Shanna and I was found in a ditch in neighborhood park. I was covered in scabs and was very hungry. The nice people at Cozy Cat Cottage snuggled me and told me how nice of a cat I was. I got adopted, but once I got home my new human found a lump behind my ear. She was unable to care for me and returned me to Cozy Cat so I could have surgery. I had the lump removed and have been perfectly healthy ever since. The lump was cancer, but it was the kind that does not metastasize and my vet said there is no need to worry! I am a very sweet and loving girl, but I can get a little sassy if my boundaries aren’t respected. If you come in to meet me I can be found in the lobby at Cozy Cat.
