Hi friends! My name is Shaney and Im a delight (or so my foster mom tells me)! Im around three years old and have THE most gorgeous swirl tabby coat that is very silky. You'll find that out when you pet me (I L-O-V-E pets). When I want more pets, I will climb on your lap or head-butt you. Im not a big fan of anyone touching my belly (how many of us are, right?).<br/><br/>I really enjoy spending time with humans, but Im told I need to learn not to nibble when I get overstimulated. Because of this, I might not be a good fit with young children. Foster mom also says Im super smart, so I will learn appropriate etiquette quickly. Im also fine with being picked up.<br/><br/>For fun, I like playing with want toys or rabbit kicking stuffies. I also enjoy wet food and treats. What I do NOT enjoy is spending time with other animals. No thank you. I prefer to be a lone kitty. <br/><br/>Shaney needs to be the ONLY pet in the house. <br/><br/>She tested positive for FIV. FIV is only transmittable to other cats, and only from a deep bite wound. We rely solely on fostering, volunteers, donations, and adoption fees. An adoption fee of $175.00 must be paid at the time of adoption by either cash or check. All of our adoptable animals are assessed in foster homes, up to date on age appropriate vaccinations and have been spayed or neutered and tested for FeLV/FIV. Medical records will be released with the adopted pet.
