Shadow — formerly left behind, now stepping into the spotlight

Shadow almost became a story that ended quietly — a family moved away and she was the one who would have been forgotten.
But Little Lives made her a promise: she would never live in the shadows again.

Now Shadow lives exactly how she prefers — high above the world in her window hammock, monitoring birds like a seasoned wildlife analyst and occasionally delivering commentary to the room. She loves cat TV, climbing anything that can be climbed, and performing impressive athletic routines... usually followed by long stretches of dignified observation.

Shadow has the perfect apartment personality: she entertains herself beautifully, but always wants to exist near her person. She isnt clingy — shes a companion. The kind of cat who shares your space, supervises your daily routine, and then suddenly launches into a burst of zoomies before returning to her post.

Shes independent and confident, and while she can live with other cats, she does have a little sass about her. She coexists just fine — she simply believes in maintaining standards.

Shadow doesnt need constant attention.
She just needs someone who understands cat loyalty — the cat who chooses you, sits beside you, and makes a house feel inhabited.

After being left behind once, she deserves a home where she is intentionally kept forever. Becaus
