Shadow's Story

Shadow is one of the sweetest and friendliest kittens at the shelter. He really likes human attention: cuddles, naps, laptime, you name it. He likes to be picked up and held and told how wonderful and handsome he is. He gets along well with kids, adults, other cats and kittens, and dogs! He is PURRFECT!

We have applications on our website at www.pawneehumane.com We require that a vet check be completed and the application be approved before taking home your new adopted pet. Emailing the application so you can be pre-approved before driving to the shelter is a great way to ensure that you can take your new best friend home that day! Please visit our website for fees. Our shelter is located at the corner of Hwy 264 & 8th St (M5 Rd) west of Larned, KS We are just north of the Larned Mental Health and Correctional Facility.
