Shadow

Shadow is a big guy with an even bigger heart. Rescued from a difficult situation, he quickly blossomed at his foster home and showed he's a sweet, older, gentle giant. He will quickly win you over with his big eyes, long white whiskers, and gruff meow. He almost looks like a cartoon cat! He loves being pet and brushed, and since he's in the bigger size, he definitely could use the extta help grooming here and there. While he's a little big and bit too old for the zoomies, he is intrigued by several cat toys, even if he hasn't quite figured out how they work.

While he has tolerated his temporary cat and dog siblings, he would most likely be better as an only pet, or in a house with another older, docile cat. He keeps to himself for the most part and is content to loaf near you while bird watching from a window. So if you have a quiet home, looking for a docile old man companion, give sweet Shadow cat a try. (Pictured with his temporary foster brother, who is an average sized 10lb DSH for size comparison)
