Meet Shade, a sweet handsome black kitten who’ll quickly warm up to you and show off his playful side. Every day, Shade loves to practice his big cat deftness—head low, secretly watching—then suddenly dashes out to run circles around your feet. After playtime, he’ll quietly lie on the bed, looking to relax, hopefully with you! One of the most heartwarming things about Shade is the little sounds he makes when he eats—he enjoys his food so much that he munches loudly and happily. And when another kitten is nearby, he can’t help but rush over to try and play. Shade loves rubbing against your legs for affection, especially when he knows mealtime is near! He always comes running when food is served, but after a few bites, he often gets too excited and takes a break to chase his favorite toys. Shade enjoys wand toys, soft balls, and anything he can pounce on. One of his funniest habits is pretending to be shy for just a moment—then sprinting right back as if nothing happened. His antics never fail to make his foster laugh. Priority adoption will be given to those who adopt a pair from us.
