**Please fill out an application per instructions below NOT a Petfinder Inquiry if you want more information**

Seven used to warm a barstool at a popular pub on E Burnside. A kind customer noticed she was pregnant and brought her to NWAC. Seven has since raised a litter of kittens who are just as sweet, gentle, confident and easygoing as she is. Now it’s Seven’s turn to find her forever home.

Her untraditional youth means she’s only just learning the joys of steady affection, food and playtime. If you have the time to nurture her, she’ll blossom into your truest companion. Seven is very good natured and may adapt well to a multi-cat household. Seven is happy to be your couch potato buddy, window bird watcher, bed warmer and friendly companion. She is also very relaxed and happy to spend time alone.

Seven is FIV+ -- she needs no special care except a little more attention if she is not feeling well:

Key Considerations for FIV+ Cats

Lifespan & Health: FIV+ cats often have normal life expectancies and can remain asymptomatic for many years.

Transmission: FIV is not easily spread, typically requiring deep bite wounds (fighting), which is why they can safely live with spayed/neutered, non-infected cats if they get along.

Veterinary Care: Bi-annual check-ups are recommended to catch infections early.

Environment: A low-stress, indoor lifestyle is crucial to keep their immune system strong.

Misconceptions: FIV is not a death sentence; many vets now recommend against euthanasia for asymptomatic cats..

Please head to our website to fill out a free application to learn more about this cat and to start the adoption process.
