Serena's Story

Hi, my name is Serena, and I'm a 2 year old tabico girl kitty. A tabico is a tabby with calico coloring, which means I have some cool patches of orange mixed in with my darker tabby fur. To tell you the truth, I'm not super happy here at the shelter--I had what I thought was a good family with my sister Venus, but now we are both here looking for a new furever home. I would love to get adopted with her if possible, but we agree that we're okay being separated if the right families pick us. I have super soft, velvety fur and I can purr very nicely, too. I am a little more shy than my sister, but I don't mind being petted or even picked up for some cuddles.

The adoption fee covers the following: spay or neuter surgery; one-year rabies vaccine; feline or canine distemper vaccine; heartworm test (dogs) or combo (fiv/felv) test (cats); deworming; and microchip.
Carroll County Animal Shelter is located at 251 Automation Drive in Carrollton GA. Phone: 770-214-3590. The hours of operation are: Monday through Wednesday 12:30 pm till 4:30 pm; Thursday 12:30 pm till 6:00 pm; Friday 12:30 pm till 4:30 pm; Saturday 9:00 am till 4:00 pm.
