Selene's Story
Selene’s Story

Selene is a female shorthair Tortie/Tabby mix of the cutest kind. She has mostly a tabby colored body, but is sprinkled with orange on her head, back and feet. She is adorable. Selene is one of the litter of five from the Heartland area and came to KFF at 4 weeks of age (born February 25th). She is super sweet and loving, and enjoys cuddles and kisses at any time. She and her two sisters (Lyra and Carina) who look just like her, are ALWAYS together. They are like triplets in their foster home, who do everything together. You have to look fairly closely to tell Selene apart from Lyra and Carina. They move about the house as a trio, they choose to eat from the same bowl, sleep together, play together, and have been seen even using the litter box at the same time. Selene is a very happy little girl who (like her sisters) will purr at every opportunity. They purr the minute to talk to them, or look their way. Selene loves to help with all household chores including all tasks at a sink where there is water involved. She loves to play and chase her siblings and the other resident cats in her foster home, yet is perfectly agreeable to being held and carried around to look out the windows at the chipmunks. Selene is a darling, very affectionate, happy little girl. Since she is bonded with her siblings, we are looking for a home where the “triplets” can be together if possible. They really are remarkable all together.
