Some cats even live into their thirties, although this is far less common. So don't let that discourage you from adopting an adult cat! Rescue mama has had 3 live into their 20's. One was 8 weeks old.<br/><br/><br/>SEBASTIAN and MALIFICENT were rescued from a HORRIBLE hoarding case in Riverside, California. We know they are all related because the horrible human woman, kept letting them mate. When the Rescue Mama found out she took action. But we don't know for sure that they are siblings.<br/><br/><br/>As of MARCH 2026, 98 cats have either gone to other rescues or have been saved by us. You will know who these cats are by their names. They have all been named after the show "Once Upon A Time". At just a few years old, he has already experienced quite a lot in his life, but his resilience and sweet nature shine through every day.<br/><br/><br/>A Rough Start, A Bright Future<br/><br/><br/>SEBASTIAN’s journey to finding his forever home hasn’t been easy. He came from a heartbreaking hoarding situation, where he and many other cats lived in poor conditions. Despite his difficult start, SEBASTIAN has shown an incredible ability to trust, love, and adapt. He’s blossomed into a well-rounded, affectionate, and friendly cat who deserves all the love and happiness in the world.<br/><br/><br/>Personality: Playful, Affectionate, and Smart<br/><br/><br/>SEBASTIAN is the kind of cat who will quickly make himself at home in your heart. Will be notified of Approved Application<br/>6. Home Visit (WILL BE SCHEDULED)<br/>7. Official Meet and Greet with Kitty<br/>8. Sign Adoption Contract - AME <br/>9. Pay Adoption Fee (VENMO - ZELLE - PAYPAL or CASH)<br/>10. Take the Kitty Home<br/><br/><br/>********* MAY CONSIDER OUT OF STATE ADOPTIONS NEAR CALIFORNIA BUT BE AWARE THAT WE WILL NOT SHIP. ADOPTER WILL NEED TO PICK UP**********<br/><br/><br/>VOLUNTEERS are the only ones allowed to let you meet the kitty. Not PETSMART employees. <br/><br/><br/>Volunteers are usually at PetSmart between 9 am to 1 pm for cleaning ONLY. The cats currently at PETSMART you are allowed to go visit. A good time to come visit is between 5 pm - 8 pm (Monday thru Saturday) and Sunday 3 pm - 6 pm. The VOLUNTEERS are only there in the evening for 3 hours so please call the PetSmart location, email us or visit the cattery for VISITING HOURS. Most days are different 3-hour shifts. It's based on volunteer availability and store hours. Store hours change with holidays.: <br/><br/><br/>****Please note we only have cats physically in MURRIETA and INDUSTY. It does not mean they don't have other pending applications or meet and greets.<br/><br/><br/>Please note: Just because you fill out an application and are approved does not obligate you to adopt the cat/kitten.
