Sebastian

Sebastian came to us as a shut-down, depressed, abused cat. He had been given away and the new family had a serial killer in training living in the house who hated the poor cat. Luckily we had room and agreed to try to help Sebastian. At first he was very combative and confrontational, but gradually he realized he was among friends. He watched us interact with the other cats, enjoyed his calming music and window view. Now this beautiful hunk is a confident, sweet boy who is the rescue champ on the exercise wheel, loves to play with the kittens and is ready for the next, forever phase of his life. Sebastian is just over a year old, okay with the other cats except for a couple of our alpha bullies, so we keep them separated. A sweet female might be a good friend for him, or he would possibly be fine as an only cat if he got lots of human attention. A home with no children or older children might be best since his abuser was a young male. This boy has come so far and had such a rough time, we are hoping he can finally find a home where he is valued and understood.
