Seamus's Story
Seamus (pronounced "shay-mus") is a lovely boy. He adores being picked up and will snuggle right into your neck and purr. Seamus was found outside and ended up at a local animal control. He was declawed at some point in his life.

Seamus does show signs of arthritis so he gets a twice daily pill to help with pain management. He can still jump short distances and loves to snooze on cat trees and window ledges. He really loves to look outside and spend time in a screened in porch. Seamus also has kidney disease. At this time he receives a supplement in his wet food and we monitor his bloodwork every 6 months.

Seamus does co-exist with other cats. He’s not a huge fan but just avoids them. He’d prefer a home without other cats but could be fine depending on their personality. He's met a cat friendly dog and had no issue with them (and even rubs against them). He should be fine with other calm animals. He has met a 10 year old child and was fine. Seamus enjoys playing, catnip and being brushed.
