Scruffy is a big sweet LOVERBOY who is absolutely adorable! He is a gorgeous tabby who is super snuggly and affectionate; all he wants to do is crawl up into your lap and cuddle. It means he has to be kept indoors and taken to the vet every year for his shots and he can live a long, healthy, happy life with you. Commercial St. in Neenah during our adoption hours every Monday from 5-7pm, Wednesday from 5-7pm and Saturday from 10am-noon or by appointment. We take in abandoned, neglected and abused homeless animals, primarily from other rescues and shelters. We care for these pets until they are adopted, or, if they require lifelong care, OARS provides sanctuary. <br />All donations go directly to the pets: to buy the food, supplies, medications and veterinary treatments for the homeless animals in our care.
