Friendly would be an understatement! Scout would love to have a family full of people who want a REALLY outgoing kitty! He’s super vocal and loves nothing more than attention. He’s great with other cats too. He’s never been around kids but when little ones come near the adoption center windows, Scout rubs all aver the window and flops around trying desperately to get them to pet him through the glass!
