Scout's Story
Scout is a handsome, quiet orange tabby around 2 years old. He enjoys his pets but is also happy doing his own thing. He loves his cardboard couch scratcher and is shy, especially at first, but would likely warm up more given time. However, he's not a fan of being picked up.

What he does love is his food. That's the way to his heart. He just wants to make sure no one else steals it from him, especially after coming from a rough environment where he had to fight for his share. All he wants is to be loved and to have a space to call his own.

Because of his quiet nature, he would do best in a quiet house without young kids or dogs. He would be fine adopted on his own or into a house with another cat, but introductions would need to be slow, and he would still need his own space.

Scout is up to date on vaccinations, tested negative for FeLV & FIV, is microchipped, and is neutered.
