While his mobility is limited and he can only walk short distances, that doesn’t stop him from enjoying life to the fullest.<br/><br/>He’s incredibly independent and even manages to climb levels on his cat tree! Best of all, Scooter has no trouble using the litter box, proving just how adaptable and determined he is.<br/><br/>Scooter is looking for a special forever home with someone who will embrace his unique needs and celebrate all the love, joy, and fun he brings.
