Scoobie's Story

Meet Scoobie!! This handsome guy is searching for his forever home this holiday season!!! Adoption Application: https://new.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/ROSE/ Scoobie is an 8-month-old teenager cat!! He is a huge fan of sleeping in late, eating and taking naps. When the mode strikes him, he will chase his foster mates around the house, zipping up and down the halls until he is ready for his 2nd, or 3rd, nap of the day. Just like many teenagers Scoobie prefers to be engaged when he is ready for pets. Sometimes when I reach down to pet him, he shies away as if I was embarrassing him in front of his friends. But later that same day he will cuddle up next to me and his foster brother, Jimmy Jr. for bedtime. Scoobie was rescued from a life on the streets of Houston by one of our fosters as a bottle baby. He is now grown and is excited to have a furever home of his own!! Scoobie has not met a dog before, but with slow and careful introductions to a well-behaved dog we think he would do great with a new pup sibling! --- Scoobie will be microchipped, neutered, and up to date on age-appropriate vaccines prior to adoption.
