Scarlett's Story

Foster needed!!!! Or adoption but Scarlett is in desperate need of foster at the least. She recently had an unexpected weight gain given stress, and needs additional bloodwork. Scarlett is an amazing young woman who came out of a hoarding situation and has been learning about the joys of life. She is slowly becoming more curious and independent. You can usually find her sprawled out on something soft :) She is being cared for by Inky Blue Sea rescue in Manhattan and held at Petco in Riverdale, Bronx.
