They were dumped at night, in below freezing temperatures, with only a thin fitted sheet to protect them from the elements. <br/><br/>Saul is a friendly, affectionate, and outgoing cat. He loves to be held and loves to get kisses. He loves people and, when people walk by, he will reach his paws out of his kennel to try to get attention.
