Sassy's Story

Meet Sassy! Sassy is a sweet 6-month-old spayed female who was rescued from a yard in Kenilworth. When she was found, she was suffering from severe eye infections. Thankfully, her infections have healed, but unfortunately, they left her with very limited eyesight. Because Sassy has difficulty seeing, she may growl when you first approach her. Please don’t let that fool you—it’s simply fear and uncertainty, not aggression or meanness. Once she realizes she’s safe, her sweet personality shines through. Sassy absolutely loves being picked up, cuddled, and held. She also loves other cats and would make a wonderful companion for a kitty already in your home. Sassy has been through so much in her short life and deserves a safe, loving home where she can feel secure and cherished. If you have room in your home and heart for this special girl, please contact c4pcats@aol.com or visit the website c4prescue.org She may need a little patience at first, but the love you’ll receive in return will be worth it.
