Sassy definitely had a rough start. Born outside a Good Samaritan found only her in the snow. After taking her to the vets this little girl was placed in foster care. <br/><br/>Here Sassy has been spayed, fully vaccinated, treated for any possible parasites, microchipped and combo tested. She has a clean bill of health and is ready for her furever home!!<br/><br/>Sassy is a very sweet girl with a big personality for anyone patient enough to earn her trust. She is shy but has come such a long way from running and hiding when someone looked at her to now circling her humans legs when her food is being prepared and getting lots of pets throughout the day. We hope one day she will come around to being held or petted on a lap. Sassy would do best in a calm, patient home where she can continue to feel safe and grow in confidence. She loves other cats and dogs once she has time to get to know them. Sassy loves to play, especially with string toys to show off her impressive spin jumps. She even made up her own game where she picks up a piece of hard food with her paw, tosses it, chases it, and then eats it. When she is not playing, she enjoys watching wildlife out the window, finding cozy hiding spots for long naps, and even watching TV or video games. Sassy is a special girl who will be a wonderful companion. <br/><br/>This girl loves her kitty friend and her dog friend. Sassy loves to play, run, climb and jump!!!! Needs to be in a home with another cat that equals her energy and play drive.
