Sassy's Story

I'm Not Bossy, I Just Have Better Ideas! Adoption events, not one of them! I'm Sassy & I'm 5yrs old. Let's start with the part that sounds sad but actually tells you everything you need to know about me. I was found completely alone in an abandoned trailer. While that might not have been the beginning I deserved, it did reveal something important about me - I'm resilient. I won't pretend to be the kind of who throws herself into every stranger's arms. That's just not my style. I believe the best relationships start thoughtfully & turn into the strongest bonds. Give me a little moment to figure out what's going on & before you know it, you'll see my true colors! I will follow you from room to room without making a big deal about it. Somewhere along the way, you realize you're better because I'm in it. I would be happiest in a quieter home where I can truly relax & be myself. Other animals aren't really my thing. I've waited long enough for my person & when I love someone, I love them completely. I'll probably act a little composed at first. But don't let that fool you... don't take my word for it, just jump in & let's do this! I've been waiting for you! oooh, I do like a good treat. Some might say I could stand to lose a few ounces... & to that I retort, big-boned... fluffy... curvy! I'm healthy - isn't that what matters
