Sassy's Story

Hi, I'm Sassy! I had a difficult time adjusting when I first came to the rescue but I am improving. I am an independent girl and I do not fully trust humans, but with a patient adopter I will be ok. I LOVE other cats and like to snuggle my foster siblings! So if you have another cat who needs a BFF consider me! I do not hide and I am fine with my foster mom being near me--I just need someone who has time to give me the attention I need to know humans are trustworthy. Consider giving me a chance :)

Houston Cares Animal Rescue's Adoption Policy

Our dog adoption fees are as follows: Adults(9 months or older) - Large (40lbs or over) - $150 - Small (under 40lbs) - $250 Puppies (under 9 months) - All sizes - $350 Special Pricing (Indicated by * following dog's name on listings at www.houstoncaresrescue.org/adoption) All animals are vetted and spayed/neutered. Our cat adoption fees are as follows: - Cats over 9 months - $85 - Kittens (under 9 months) - $120 - Pair of kittens - $200 Set up a meet and greet with one of our animals!
