Saphire

Sapphire is a diamond in the rough. She is beautiful in every way and everything everyone wants to adopt. We believe she was dumped , the smell of overwhelming urine stench that filled the exam room after a cat being outside awhile doesn’t come from a cat who has been outside a long time . She wouldn’t leave our food station scared and had no idea how to exist outside. She curled up in one of our feral cat shelters crying . She engulfed food . She was full of fleas and ticks , and desperate for love and attention. ( THIS FRIENDLY CAT HAD TO HE TRAPPED P.S) She spent the entire initial appt time ( over an hour and a half ) minus exam/ blood work on my lap. Covered in scabs from flea bites . Nails very long .Desperately seeking love and human affection / attention . She has had complete vetting . She is estimated to be a year old . We cant fathom the what could have been’s, especially as we head into winter . She is not overly joyful about other cats but tolerates them. Laid back out of your face , or docile senior animals would be ok. She doesn't mind dogs. Only stable responsible loving homes need apply . She deserves it all.
