Santiago (bonded with Sebastian)'s Story
Santiago (bonded with Sebastian)
Est. DOB 4/2025
Adoption fee: $450 for the pair

Raised as bottle babies after being found on a rural property with their siblings, Sebastian and Santiago are the lucky survivors of their litter. Despite their rough start, both boys absolutely adore people. They’re incredibly friendly and are happiest when they’re soaking up human attention — and snacks. Especially snacks.

Santiago is the smaller of the two, still weighing in at about 10 pounds, he is definitely a chonky boy. His coat is a lighter, sandy brown color compared to his brother whose coat is slightly darker.

He is shy when meeting new people, but he comes around quickly — especially if you offer gentle pets or a tasty snack. Once he warms up, his true personality shines! He is quite the character and will keep you on your toes. He is incredibly sweet, very people-oriented, and full of playful energy. He'll even climb your legs and do a big stretch to get your attention. He loves to play, goes wild for wet food, and proudly shows off his climbing skills on his cat trees. These boys can be mouthy during playtime and would do best in a household without young children.

Sebastian, on the other hand, is the brave and outgoing half of this adorable duo. He’s confident, curious, and always ready to greet you first, helping his brother feel safe and comfortable.

Santiago and Sebastian are bonded and must be adopted together. Double the chunk, double the fun, and double the love! They would also do great with other friendly cats. The more the merrier!

The first step in our adoption process is the application which can be found on our website lapcats.org.

All of our cats have tested negative for FELV and are fully vaccinated. They have not only been spayed or neutered but have also been treated for worms, fleas, and have been micro chipped.

We will register their microchip for you, provide you with a free exam visit to a participating Sacramento veterinarian, and a goodie bag! We do not do out of state adoptions for the safety of our cats.
